In July and August, we offer you the chance to go on a sporty hike in the area surrounding the Hospice and enjoy stunning views at an altitude of 2,400 m. For about two hours, explore the region of the Great Saint Bernard Pass accompanied by the legendary St. Bernards and their animal keeper.
Details of the activity
⚠️ This is a demanding mountain hike that requires you to be in good physical condition. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted.
⚠️ It is obligatory to wear walking shoes with a good profile and to bring with you clothes suitable for all weather conditions
- Walking time: 1h30 to 2h
- Distance: 2.5 km for 205m of ascent and descent
- Participants: Limited to 10 people per activity split up to a maximum of three different groups.
- Dogs: You will be accompanied by three Saint Bernards, which you can keep on a lead in turn. Private dogs are not permitted.
- Weather: The walks take place in all weathers, except in dangerous weather conditions (thunderstorms, hail, violent storms, etc.).
